Yes, we require clients to sign a contract to ensure mutual protection and clarity of expectations, except for resume writing services where agreements are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

We prioritize confidentiality and are committed to safeguarding your proprietary information. In addition to including language in our contract, we are more than willing to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement upon request to provide added assurance.

S  What are the fee structures or pricing options?

Our terms of agreement vary based on the service option you choose. For hourly and per project arrangements, payment is due upon completion and receipt of the invoice. However, for monthly retainers, we require a signed contract, and fees are billed in advance. Please note that retainers are non-refundable.
